2.2 Billing & Payment

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due in advance for each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our refund policy

2.3 Refund Policy

• Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your membership, any unused portion of your current billing period will be calculated and refunded proportionally
• Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days
• Annual Memberships: Annual payments are refunded based on unused months remaining

2.4 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to membership benefits through the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

3. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Soulcraze Content

All poems, stories, articles, graphics, and other creative content created by Soulcraze (“Soulcraze Content”) are protected by copyright and owned by Soulcraze LLC.

Your Rights:

• Personal Use: Members may download Soulcraze Content for personal, non-commercial use
• Sharing Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of Soulcraze Content is strictly prohibited
• Attribution: When sharing excerpts on social media, proper attribution to Soulcraze is required

3.2 User-Generated Content

Content you create, post, or submit within our community spaces (“User Content”) is subject to the following terms:

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyright of all User Content you create

License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant Soulcraze and its members a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use, display, and share your content within the Soulcraze community
• Feature your content in marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional activities
• Allow other members to comment on, share, and engage with your content

Content Standards: All User Content must comply with our Community Guidelines outlined below

4. Community Guidelines & Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited within Soulcraze community spaces:

• Harassment & Bullying: Any form of harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other members
• Inappropriate Content: Posting content that is discriminatory, hateful, or violates others’ rights
• Spam & Commercial Use: Excessive self-promotion, spam, or unauthorized commercial activities
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity
• Privacy Violations: Sharing others’ personal information without consent

4.2 Enforcement Policy

Violations of community guidelines will result in progressive enforcement:

1. First Violation: Warning and content removal
2. Second Violation: Temporary suspension (duration varies by severity)
3. Third Violation: Permanent account termination and ban from all Soulcraze services

4.3 Content Moderation

Soulcraze reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or community standards, without prior notice.

5. Merchandise & Physical Products

5.1 Return Policy

• Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Return Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return and receive return instructions
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

5.2 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and product
• Soulcraze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes

6. Masquerade Events & Experiences

6.1 Event Participation

• Age Requirement: All events are restricted to participants 18 years of age or older
• Capacity Limits: Event attendance is limited by venue capacity and may sell out
• Behavior Standards: All community guidelines apply to event participation

6.2 Event Cancellation Policy

• Member Cancellations: Full refunds available for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event
• Soulcraze Cancellations: If we cancel an event, all participants receive full refunds

6.3 Event Liability

Participants attend events at their own risk. Soulcraze is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage during events.

7. Content Disclaimers & Artistic Expression

7.1 Creative Content Nature

Soulcraze content includes poetry, stories, and artistic expressions that may contain:

• Mature themes and emotional content
• Dark or intense subject matter
• Fictional violence or dramatic scenarios

Artistic Expression: All content is presented as creative, artistic expression and should be interpreted within that context.

7.2 Emotional Impact Disclaimer

While our content aims to provide emotional connection and healing, Soulcraze does not provide mental health services or therapeutic advice. If you’re experiencing mental health challenges, please consult qualified professionals.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Soulcraze LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress or personal injury
• Costs of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of our services

Total Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Soulcraze in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Soulcraze services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for:

Upon termination:

• You lose all membership benefits and privileges

• This Terms agreement remains in effect for past activities
