Giving Acceptance

I’d part the ice caps
For just a moment to let you in
But you have to be honest
Promise
There will be no judgment
We’re all a little withdrawn
Navigating our broken
So there’s no sense in hiding
Suffering in isolation
If you can find beauty in your own flaws
I’ll give you my acceptance
That’s the only way to win
This losing game
