Have faith…
Sometimes what you feel is just-
Weakness leaving your body.
Those tears, and that pain
That rips through everything,
Are only temporary.

It never is as hopeless as it seems,
Although that is all it forces you to believe.
Whether it feels like you’re drowning,
Often figuratively, sometimes quite literally,
The waters eventually recede.

So hold on-
Breathe and believe.
Because once those wounds heal
And is calloused…
You’ll be stronger,
and your foundation fortified.

Always have faith, no matter how bad it gets.

*Having faith is important during dark times. It is what you need to hold on to so that you can return to the light.
